Dr. Charles E. Heinberg is a founding partner of Eastern Oklahoma Ear, Nose and Throat Clinic. A graduate of Tulane University School of Medicine, Dr. Heinberg has been in private practice in Tulsa for more than 30 years. He served in the U. S. Navy prior to his residency (specialty training) at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester , Minn.

Dr. Heinberg is board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology and is a member of the American Medical Association, the Oklahoma State Medical Association, the Tulsa County Medical Society, the American College of Surgeons, the American Academy of Otolaryngology, the Society of Otolaryngologic Allergy, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and the American Liposuction Society.

Dr. Heinberg has three children, all sons. He has many hobbies and interests, but his special love is golf.
